You haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. Neverthless, the cut off  ranks for various Categories under All India Quota have been as follows:

But going by previous years' cut offs, if you belong to General Category, you should score more than 625 and if you belong to reserved Categories, you should score atleast 600.
