Ofcourse students from open school can take admission in Delhi University. Delhi University is top most university in India. Admissions are based on both merit and entrance. The documents required are
Class 10th marksheet,
Class 12th marksheet,
Certificate in case of reserved category
Passport size photographs
No, provisional certificate isn't mandatory unless its asked by college authority and you do not have 12th class marksheet. Last year, it was necessary to submit it but this year the trend changed.
