BA eng Hons is a 3 years course while LLB is  graduation program which is of 3years duration . So any student can pursue LLB after completion of graduation in any discipline.  While in du you won't find this what you are asking for .

Meanwhile in jamia millia islamia ,guru gobind Singh university  and national law University offers five years BA LLB integrated program since last few years .

Delhi University separately offers LLB and BA English(Hons), there is no Integrated law program here, in order to pursue LLB in Delhi University candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline with 50% aggregate and for BA English(Major),it's eligibility is entirely based on 12th qualifications. Entrance test is conducted for former course, while in case of latter one it's entirely based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
