Hello,

Yes, you can submit a self-declaration affidavit for your present address in NEET-UG 2025 . Here’s what you should do:

  1. Check NTA Guidelines – Verify if the National Testing Agency (NTA) accepts self-declaration for present address.
  2. Affidavit Format – Draft an affidavit stating your present address, mentioning that you do not have official proof.
  3. Notarization – Get the affidavit notarized by a Notary Public to validate its authenticity.
  4. Alternative Proofs – If needed, provide supporting documents like rent agreement, employer letter, or bank statement.

Hope you find it useful !
