If you really want to pursue for MBA IN TECHNOLOGY , you have to give an entrance exam called COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CAT ) . To get into the best colleges for mba you have to get a percentile between 95 to 100.
After that , you may get into the best institutes like IIM'S .
You can apply for this programme whenever you want  and if you have work experience then it will a major advantage to get you an admission in one of the best colleges  for MBA  .
So , dont worry whether your two years have wasted , it will not matter , it is better to show your work experience , and go for mba programme and it will ultimately lead you to getting a good placement in a  company  .
Hope it helps you .
All the best for your future
