You can visit the NEET website, select the Download NEET-UG Scorecard tab from the most recent News section, and download the NEET scorecard by entering your NEET application number, date of birth, and security pin if you misplace the hard copy or even the soft copy. The NEET scorecard has a one-year validity period.

If you lost your NEET UG scorecard , you can retrieve it by following these steps:
Download from the NTA Website
1. Go to the official NEET website .
2. Click on NEET UG Result/Scorecard link .
3. Log in using:
Application Number
Date of Birth
Security PIN
4. Download and print your scorecard.
