Hello Sai Ram
Since your rank is very high, there are almost null chances for you to get CSE in any VIT campus during Counselling.
The only option left in front of you is getting admission through management quota but I will suggest you going for it only if you find it worth enough.
I will suggest you to look for some other good govt or private colleges.

I don't have idea about SRM. You can refer to some articles on Careers360 or Google to get an idea about admission in SRM.
