No , you can't  pursue B.Sc hons. Chemistry from Hansraj College without Mathematics.

The qualifications for the same is that student should have chemistry as one of the core subjects along with Math. Best 4 will be calculated on the basis of 3 core subjects and a language subject.

The eligibility criteria for BSc Hons in chemistry at Hansraj collage is

• The candidate should have passed class 12 with Physics, chemistry and mathematics.
• Also, the candidate need to score minimum 55% marks in PCM in aggregate and 50% marks in one compulsory language subject. The minimum marks required for SC/ST candidates are 50%

So, you can not apply for chemistry hons if you don't have math. But, you can apply for Anthropology, zoology, Botany etc. with PCB at Hansraj collage.
