Hello sir I am a resident of Punjab. I want to take admission in Dr. BSA medical college under AIQ. Do I also need to register for the recently released online application form on IPU website?

Hope you are doing well. If you want to take admission in Dr. BSA medical college under AIQ you can skip your state counselling . But i will suggest you to do registration on IPU website it will not cost you anything and when you get AIQ seat leave it.
