Hello Sir, I am from bihar ,my cast is OBC ,I have scored 89.54 percentile in jee mains and 67% in cbse boards . Can i get any college ?

Sorry dear, but for OBC you must need 75%+ in 12th

You got good percentile in jee main but your 12th marks are not enough, you need 75% or more to qualify in jee main
