hi, can a student from kashmir having jkbose in 10+2 get into srcc? Is jkbose 12 marksheet accepted by du colleges especially SRCC?

See Shri Ram College of Commerce is college affiliated to Delhi University and it follows the same procedure and criteria of admission as prescribed by DU, same as described below for different courses :-

The candidate should have minimum 45% marks in 10+2 irrespective of his/her education board but yes the board should be authorized and JKBOSE is an authorized education board to conduct 10+2 education. So if you marksheet of JKBOSE then also you are eligible for admission to SRCC provided that you satisfy other eligibility criteria which you can check from the link given below :-
