For admissions into Medical colleges abroad, you need to have a minimum of 50% in your 10+2 but for a better college, high academic score is required.

With NEET, you need to qualify Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) for admission in US Medical college and TOEFL/IELTS as a mandatory language test for studying abroad. Procedure for admission in colleges abroad is:

• Give your necessary entrance exams and test and score as better as you can
• Apply to all colleges you wish to study for pursuing MD (equivalent to Indian MBBS)
• Providing your your scores, attach your Letter of recommendation, your extra curricular and make a good approach through your application.
• After a fixed period of time, the results would be out by the particular university and accepting the offer you will have to pay necessary fees for which it may be funded(if applied) or student's loan
• Apply for VISA application and report to your particular university abroad for completing the admission, do arrange your living and accommodation facility there
