If you have passed 12th in Arts with economics and you want to go for B. Com. Then you can definitely apply for it. Because the eligibility criteria is simple to have scored 50% in 10+2 and have maths and english as subjects in 10+2

Yes, you can get admission in B.Com in Delhi University. However, since you're from arts background, you'll have a disadvantage of a few marks depending upon the college you select. This is termed as Change of Stream disadvantage. For example, last year change of stream disadvantage for Shivaji college (DU) was 2.5%. This means if the cutoff for B.Com is 95%, you would get admission if you have more than 97.5%. Every year DU colleges release their prospectuses where they mention this disadvantage. Be sure to check the prospectus before going for admissions.
