Tech in biomedical engineering is an important part of the engineering domain which deals with the study, application of engineering principles, design concepts related to medicine and biology . It is a 4-year undergraduate-level B. ... Tech course that is divided into 8 semesters

Advancement usually depends on education and experience. Biomedical engineers who work in research can become project leaders or administrators of entire research programs. They can also become managers in hospitals or manufacturing companies. Some form their own companies.
