The admissions in VIT Vellore are granted on the basis of a candidate's score in the entrance examination VITEEE. The basic eligibility criteria to apply for VIT is that a candidate must have passed their 10+2 from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate score of 60% in the Science stream with PCM as the core subjects
