You haven't mentioned your category dear , so am assuming you from general Category.
In the year 2018 ,lowest marks to fetch a seat in Tirunelveli Medical College, Tirunelveli from general Category under state quota was 441in neet examination.

But cut off marks for Medical Colleges keeps changing depending upon several factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc.
So you should try to get at least 550 marks to be on the safer side , also more is your marks better is the college you get.
