To get Admission in NITs you should have 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.

You should score more then 125 marks in JEE Main exam in general category outside quota to get admission in NITs. Cut off varies according to branches as well.

To get admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs you will have to get either 75% or you should be there in top 20 percentile. Also, the cut off varies NIT to NIT but if you wish to get admission in top NITs and in top branch then you will have to score 250 at least as this will be the safest score. So plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get admission in your desired college.
