I am so sorry but You cannot change your Phone number and your Registered email id once you fill the applicationform,unfortunately there isn't any other way to correct it ,

After you have filled out the NEET application form completely, to update the Mobile Number in your application form, you will have to wait till the correction window opens.

Once the correction window opens, you will be able to change the registered mobile number in your NEET application form.

Correction window will be open on or after 15-01-2020.
