College of engineering Pune is one of the premium colleges in Maharashtra and very well to opt for.
To get into these colleges through MH-CET, there are different cut-offs for each branch depending on the reservations, below are.cut-offs for open category,
Mechanical, 180+
ENTC,185+
Electrical, 175+
Computer, 187+
Information Technology, 160+
Production Engineering, 140+
Metallurgy, 135+
Instrumentation and control, 145+
Civil, 170+
Town Planning, 120+

Hey!!

College of Engineering,pune offers courses undergraduate, postgraduate and also doctral diploma level . B.tech is offered as undergraduate programme. Since you have mentioned about the course that you are willing to apply. So I am here , giving admission procedure of B.Tech. if you want admission process of any other course , please mention in comment section. I will let you know.

Eligibility criteria to apply for B.tech:

Candidate must pass 10+2 with aggregate of 55% marks with subjects physics, chemistry , maths and english.

Candidate have fill application form directly from the website of university. COEP conducts an common entrance exam for admission and qualified candidates are called for counseling and admission.

Application of B.tech course: 1st march to 22nd march 2019

Date of common entrance exam: 5th May 2019

For taking admission in engineering colleges of maharashtra.


You have to appear for MHT CET.


If you score decent marks upto 160/200 you can get admission in good college of maharashtra.


For COEP you have to score more than 175 /200 because of toughest competition.


And also CET is simpler than JEE so go for it.
