COEP Pune Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

COEP Technological University, Pune offers a variety of programmes, each with a different admissions procedure. To be eligible for COEP admission to B.Tech programmes, students must take the JEE Main or MHT CET and take part in counselling. The admissions at COEP Pune to M.Tech programmes are given on various modes, those who have qualified GATE, can take the CAP counselling and secure the admission. 

The selection process for COEP admission involves evaluating the candidates' performance in the entrance exams, and academic records. Based on these factors, the candidates will be selected for COEP admission to the respective programmes. For COEP admission to MBA programmes, the MAH MBA CET score is considered.

COEP Pune Registration Process 2025

• Visit the official website of Maharashtra’s CET (Common Entrance Test).

• Register for the CAP counselling after qualifying for the entrance examinations. 

• Fill in all the required details and upload the required documents. 

• Pay the application fee of Rs 800 and submit the application.

• Take a printout of the filled application form for future reference.

To log into the student portal, candidates must visit the COEP Pune student portal website. After that, candidates must enter their username, enter their password and click on ‘Login’. COEP admission login portal includes examination cells, academic details, fees, admission status and many other details.

COEP admissions are provided to B.Tech and B.Plan courses at the undergraduate level with a 4-year course duration. COEP Pune B.Tech admission is done in various domains including Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. 

COEP Admission Eligibility Criteria

COEP BTech Admission Process 2025

• Candidates need to register and appear for the JEE Main or MHT CET entrance examinations before applying for COEP admission to the B.Tech courses.

• Qualified candidates must register for the CAP counselling process conducted by the competent authority of the Maharashtra government. 

• The authorities will publish provisional merit lists based on performance in the entrance examination.

• After that, candidates should fill up their preferences for courses and colleges.

• Seats will be allotted in CAP counselling rounds based on merit, preference and cutoff marks.

• Selected candidates must report to the college for document verification and COEP B.Tech admission fee payment.

• Applicable reservations will also be provided to students of reserved communities.

For COEP admission to the B.Plan course, students must have completed HSC with Mathematics with 45% marks.

COEP Pune B.Plan Admission Procedure 2025

• Eligible candidates can apply for COEP admissions by visiting the official website.
• Qualified candidates should attend the counselling session.
• COEP admissions will be done based on the scores obtained in the scores obtained in qualifying examination.
• The shortlisted candidates will be informed of the registered mobile number/mail ID. 
• Final selected candidates for COEP admissions should submit the required documents. 
• To complete the COEP admission process the candidate should pay the COEP admission fee.

COEP admissions are offered to M.Tech, MBA, M.Plan and PGD courses at the postgraduate level. The MBA programme is available under two domains: General Management and Business Analytics. COEP admissions are provided through CAP counselling.

COEP Admission Process for M.Tech/MBA/M.Plan 

• Candidates need to register and appear for the GATE/ MAH MBA CET/ CEED entrance examinations respectively for M.Tech, MBA and M.Plan admissions.

• Qualified candidates must register for the CAP counselling process conducted by the competent authority of the Maharashtra government. 

• The authorities will publish provisional merit lists based on performance in the entrance examination.

• After that, candidates should fill up their preferences for courses and colleges.

COEP PGD Admission Process 

• Eligible students must fill out the COEP admission form.
• COEP admissionsto PGD courses are based on the merit of the qualifying examinations. 
• Selected students must submit the required documents for verification.
• COEP Pune PGD admissions are finalised after the payment of the course fee. 

A competent authority conducts CAP (Centralised Admission Process) counselling for COEP admission to technical courses in private, aided, and unaided institutions and universities. After qualifying for the entrance examination, candidates must register on Maharashtra’s CET (Common Entrance Test) for counselling. Seats will be allotted on the basis of performance in the entrance examination, college-course preference and cutoff marks criteria. 

Students can check the provisional merit list and allotment on the CET’s official website. To check the results of the COEP admission seat allotment, candidates should log in to the portal and enter their application number/registered mobile number and password (if applicable). Selected candidates should pay their COEP admission fee.
