In International standard BSc is more recognized especially in European countries like Germany,Switzerland(great colleges here many big scientists studied in universities here ),France ,Denmarks etc and these countries also recognize 3 year degrees and in masters level you will find courses that are being teached in English too but if you want to go to US or Canada then you should go for a 4 year UG programme.
