This is not required to submit your bsc first or second year marksheet in neet admission process. There is no relation of neet with Bsc. The required documents for neet admission are listed below-

1.Neet admit card

2.Neet Rank card or score card

3. Class 10 certificate and marksheet (for date of birth)

4. ID proof ( Adhar card/PAN card/passport)

5. Eight copy passport size photo

6. Provisional Allotment letter

7. Cast certificate (if you are applicable for that)

8. PWD certificate (if you are applicable for that)

I dont think that there is any necessity to submit your BSc marksheet for neet as it is not mentioned in the eligibility criteria. You just have to produce your 12th marksheet and other documents (like reservation document and domicile document) at the time of counselling.
