Hello

As per NEET's guidelines , you should upload the original documents for verification wherever required.

If you have submitted a Xerox copy ofHope this gives you the clarity you need. your 10th certificate instead of the original, it could lead to complications.

However, since your original certificate is held by the university , it’s best to reach out to NEET’s helpdesk or the conducting body for guidance. You can explain the situation and ask if submitting the Xerox copy will affect your application or if there’s a way to submit the original later.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need.

As per the latest guidelines for NEET 2025 applications, uploading a Class 10th certificate is not required during the application process. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has streamlined the documentation requirements, and candidates are no longer mandated to submit their Class 10th certificates at this stage.

However, during the counseling and admission phases, original documents, including the Class 10th certificate, are typically required for verification. Given that your original certificate is with the university, it's advisable to obtain an official attested copy or a duplicate certificate from the issuing board or university. This will ensure you have the necessary documentation during counseling and admission to avoid potential issues.

In summary, while the Class 10th certificate isn't needed for the NEET 2025 application, ensure you have an official copy ready for subsequent stages of the admission process.
