I think 79 is your percentile not percentage in JEE mains paper 2 , if it is then is it for JEE mains January session exam if yes then so before predicting your chances of admission in school of planning and architecture , Delhi you need to calculate your approximate common rank , as there were total 145386 students appeared for the exam in January session so formula to calculate your approximate rank would be like this :
(100-your total score) x 145386/100.
Now using this above formula your approximate common rank at 79 percentile  would be : 30,531 .
Now as SPA Delhi is one of the prestigious college in India for Architecture, so in first round of counselling you need to have rank between 79 (opening rank ) to 304 (closing rank) for OBC category , it is according to the past year records there may be some variation as per the conditions, now if we have a comparison between your approximate common rank and average cutoff rank so your chances are very less in first round of counselling while it is also not possible in second round of counselling bcz in second round this rank closed appox till 3000 , so overall your chances for SPA Delhi are very less so I would suggest you to appear for the comming session of JEE mains exam , and note that application window for JEE mains has been  open again for all from 19/05/2020 to 24/05/2020 so you again have one chance to improve your percentile and for getting you good chances try to maintain your rank less than 500 for that if we consider that approx 2,00000 students would be there for next exam session so you need to have percentile equal and above 98 percentile.

With 316 marks in jee mains paper 2, you could easily get into SPA delhi for B.arch and B.plan. You needed to score 275+ in paper 2 for B.arch and 250+ for B.plann.
