Gap certificate is an affidavit that is used to show a gap in your education. It is generally for the students who have a gap in between the two courses like graduation and post graduation. You can contact advocates nearby or buy from a notary, courts, sub registrar offices for 100.

But in your case, you have joined job, so, there is no need for you to submit Gap certificate as there is a valid reason for your gap.

GAP is necessary if you are repeating in CET.
That means if you have appeared in CET before and took a gap of one tear for your second attempt.
Since no case applies on you because you were in a job, you don't really net GAP certificate.
and there should be a valid reason for your gap.
