With your board Mark's you will qualify for it,but it also consider jee main marks,I can't predict for every branch but for computer science you should score more then 100 then only you have any chance.

           Thappar is an institute where is admission on basis of jee mains rank. You firstly predict your rank by the help of jee main rank predictor.

Then secondly you must cross 120 in jee mains to be eligible to get the desired branch in thappar university.

Ishan with marks less than 15% in JEE mains according to last year your rank will be in the range of 300000 - 400000. So if you have a Punjab state quota then you might have a very slim chance of getting a stream in Thapar university because according to last year records in the third round the closing rank of the college was 300137 for Mechatronics branch. So until and unless this time, you get a better rank with so low marks you won't be able to get any seat in any branch in Thapar University.
