Hii!
Relax! There's no such rule as deduction of marks due to a student, changing his/ her subject stream.
You acn definitely change your stream without any problem. So, you can apply for political science ourse, in the Colleges of your choice in Delhi easily. And, as you got so much good marks, you'll be getting a seat for sure in merit based admission criteria in the first round itself.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

Manikanta Hii!
there used to be deduction in marks 2.5% marks to 5% marks in DU if you applied for a Subject you didn't study in class 12th. but this year, the authorities have decided not to deduct marks on this basis. however, you can confirm it on the official website, or by contacting the helpdesk.
