I am studing btech first year 2019 - 2020 batch in sastra university. If i drop out of the collage this year stating that i got someother engineering collage(nit) do i have to pay the full four year tution fees or will they leave me as i have reason. Please tell me thr correct answer soon

Hey there

If you'll drop from an engineering college your fees is non refundable in majority cases but different engineering colleges have different rules and regulations. If you'll go to other colleges next year like NITs as you wrote then you'll have to pay your 4 years fees as you'll be staying there for 4 years.
