Yes, of course, students from any point of India can get into DTU or NSUT. You need to appear for Jee Main as the admission to B.Tech courses in DTU/NSUT are done through Jee main. But, you'll be applying for 15% All India Quota where 85% seats are for State quota candidates. The cutoffs for Non-delhi candidate will be higher compared to the Delhi Candidates.
