You don't need an EWS certificate at the time of applying..it is required at verification process at the time of your admission...and also some states have made their own criterias for issuing EWS certificate..if your state has also modify the criterias then your certificate will be different from the one prescribed by the central govt..however as far as I know both the certificates will be valid enough..

I want to fill details for jee advanced with ews certificate, there are three dates , date of application (30/10/23), proposed date(10/11/23), date of printing(30/10/23), so among this which one is issued date? and also jee adv. asking issued date as 1 april 24 so is it still valid for advanced??
