I could not crack neet...but i really want to become a doctor...so is taking longterm and attempying neet again is a good option or taking bsc cargiology and then perusing msc and then pursuing md in it and then becoming a doctor is a good option??

If you are totally dedicated towards becoming a doctor then you can definitely become a doctor if you pursue your passion consistently. There is no harm in taking time while achieving your dream.
I am myself a dropper and pursued engineering from the college which i wanted to do engineering . So, don't be disheartened if you do not clear your entrance.
