I didn't had EWS in JEE MAIN 1st attempt but i do applied it in 2nd ....Will my rank Of 1st attempt can also come in General EWS category or no because my percentile have been generated acc. to CRL that's why??? Acc to previous year cutoffs can i get JEC ..sir told me w/ 92%ile expected rank(68000)

See if you have not applied for Gen EWS category in January attempt of JEE-Main 2020 then your result of January session will be considered as of the category whichever you have selected at the time of application but if you have changed it to Gen EWS for April attempt which was conducted in September month then the result of September session will be treated for the category you have opted in your case it is Gen EWS.
As you have 92 percentile so your expected rank is around 68,000 and you can predict your colleges on the basis of this rank and percentile by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-
