I didnt secure 50% in my 12th board exams, but I still want to give neet or aiims etc. Is there anyway to become eligible to sit in the exam? Can I take admission in Bsc and secure good marks in the furst year of it and then give the exam? Will this make me eligible to sit in aiims mbbs exam?

I am still confused, because when i read the eligibility code no 05 of neet ug 2019, it says that any candidate who is in the first year of graduation and has pcb as subjects and has cleared the previous exam i.e., 12th with pcb can sit for the exam.
