You can just confirm your seat from online. If you want to get your seat allotted you need to visit College for document verification. So, you need to personally visit the college with the documents asked for verification. Mostly you won't face anykind of problem if you don't have any certificate. Just submit a written letter that you don't have a certificate and you will submit in this time.
