i don't update my photo on aadhar card , i think it was taken 5 or 6 year ago .So can that permit as valid id proof for neet 2020 ??

Hi,
I would like to suggest you that since there is no much time left and in order to update your photo in aadhar card, it will take time. So all you can do is to take with yourself some passport size photos along with the aadhar or you can carry other government ids such as licence or voter id.
