I filled the jee mains undertaking for caste certificate in January, now I made my EWS certificate, so where I need to submit it before the end of may?

Since you uploaded undertaking certificate, you can submit EWS Certificate at the time of counselling, Anyhow you should submit the original certificate then, So you don't need to worry, Portal for counselling will be opened soon then you can upload these. You also need to submit original at admission process (IN-person Registration) at any college.
