I gave pgims cet test and scored 104 now I want a good bpt college and currently I am in gurugram university doing bpt so can you suggest me best guidance what should I do

Your score is good for pgims you could try to transfer but it take lot of efforts,time and money.so i suggest you continue with your current university because at the end of the day you want bpt degree.
Just perform well in your academics,try to get good internship and build professional connections to unlock future oppurtunities.
