i got 1.18 lakh in jee main i used Carrier 360 college predictor tool it is showing 64 good chances colleges in csab round and many colleges in state counsellings.what i have to do to apply for csab and state counselling.please advise!

As per your rank your chances of getting a college is difficult even in jossa all 7 rounds. But if the seats are vacant then the 8th round called CSAB is held for filling the seats in nits or gftis. The CSAB notification will come out after jossa all 7 round counseling in jossa and jee mains official site. After 7th round of jossa counseling regularly check the official site if jossa to get the notification of. CSAB rubber and after that register yourself if you don't get any seat in all 7 main round of jossa counseling.
And beware of fake sites, there are many fake sites in internet providing CSAB counseling. There official notification is always given in jossa official site.

should i had to pay jossa fees and csab round fees separately or as i have no chance in jossa counseling can i not pay jossa fees still participate in csab round

Dear student,
if you get a seat in jossa counseling and you accept it, then only you have to pay the seat acceptance fees, that is , INR 45000. You can register in jossa counseling without giving any registration fees.
But if you are participating in CSAB round counseling then you have to pay separately the registration fees and if you get any seat in csab then again you have to pay the seat acceptance fees.
For registration in CSAB round counseling and if you are a general category student and didn't get any seat in jossa then you have to give INR 36,500 just for registration at CSAB. In other words, you have to give the participation fees if you want to participate in CSAB counseling. And if you get any seat then give around rs 35000 again if you accepted that seat.
