Based on the previous year cut off rank list for Civil Engineering in SVU, the closing rank for BC-D girl category for Civil Engineering branch in SVU is 8111. So it is difficult for your rank to seek admission in Civil Engineering branch in SVU. You may get admission in other good colleges in Civil Engineering branch. Try your level best to achieve your goal.
