I got 14000 rank in jee 2019 paper 2. Any chances of NIT or SPA seat in scab 2019?

Hello,
Your rank is a bit high to get any NIT or SPA. If you have any reservation then only you can go for those else you have to go for private college which offers achitecture course.
All reputed college has a cutoff below 2k for general category.
So do a complete research and then apply for a good college.
