First of all I would like to bring to your notice the colleges which provide be led course in delhi university and the available seats.

Aditi mahavidyalay , gargi college, institute of home economics , ladu shri ram college for women , miranda house , shyama prasad mukharji college. There are total 3 seats reserved for ews category .Jesus and mary college and mata sundari college also provide this course  but these are minority college.

Keeping in mind the availability of seats and your rank it might be difficult for you to get admission in delhi university for b el ed course. As of now just wait for the last merit list to be released . Bit I would recommend do keep some other options as back up .
