I got 270 Mark's out of 500 in jee paper 2 exam of 2020 can I get seat in any nit,cfti or can I qualify for Architecture aptitude test (AAT)

It will be decided after the results whether you will get a seat or not (as there is not a single slot and the rank depends on the difficulty of the question paper). Still if you are getting 270 marks out of 500 in paper 2, you have good chances to get into NIT/ CFTI.

To qualify for AAT, one is required to get marks more than or equal to cutoff marks in JEE Advanced Paper (B.Tech) i.e., one is required to clear the JEE Advanced examination to get qualify for AAT.
