I got 317 marks in NEET 21 in general category. Is there any chance in government colleges in India

With the score and category you have provided admission into Govt MBBS college might be a bit difficult, but you still have chance to get admitted into BHMS or BAMS branch. You might still have a chance for MBBS in private colleges.
I would recommend you to check your chances in different colleges in your preferred state as well as in AIQ as well as your rank using the links given below:
