Im sorry to say but with 39k rank in TSEAMCET you cannot get any of the courses like agriculture, veterinary or horticulture. For agriculture the rank should be around or below 2000 only. Since you didn’t get it, the other way to take admission in Agriculture is through Management quota. All the best.
