I got 50marks in jee mains my caste is obc.nit or iiit counselling they will call me or i have to put web options

Hi Vasu.

Counselling of JEE Main and Advanced is conducted by JoSAA, through their website. The whole process is online. After you give your options, online allotments will be conducted( The first one will be on 27-6-18). In that, if you get a seat, in any of the options you have given, you have to claim the seat, by paying a fee. The instruction to be followed will be given there. CBSE or JoSAA WILL NOT call you in any case.

Your marks in JEE Main are actually a bit low. so, chances of you getting admission in an NIT/IIIT is very low. You only have a better chance in you homestate NIT, under HS quota. You can check the cutoff here.
