You can apply for government colleges at your state. You will get one for sure as per your categorical rank.
But there will be problem for the branch.i.e you may not get the branch you like to join. Still go for counseling n give an option.
Along with that give option for your state level private institutes for your interested branches only.
For any one you are selected, if you are comfortable go for it.. else choose private institute.
Private institute are available at low fees also. Look for one.
