Let me tell you that the cut off for the B.category as per the previous year trends for the ECE branch is around 22-24k so let me tell you that as per your percentile i don't think it is possible for you to get this branch as your rank obc category would be a bit low. There are other conditions that needs to be considered while deciding the cut offs like number of applicants appearing in the counselling, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.
But i would suggest you to not to rely only on jee mains but to give entrances like for SRM University, Manipal University, BITS Pilani, VIT Vellore.
