Dear student you have few chance to get admission but not surity to get admission because cutoff is too high as compared to your result percentage.

First of all, its not B.scHons in Economics Subject in Delhi University. Its B.A (Hons) - Economics.
Eligibility criteria for B.A (Hons) - Economics in Delhi University:
The candidates who have qualified 10+2 (12th examination) from any recognized board
Admission will be based on the merit list.
Minimum Percentage Required:An aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination
Specific Requirements:The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best elective subjects
List of Documents Required at the Time of Admission:
Class X Board Examination Certificate
Class X Mark sheet
Class XII Marks sheet
Class XII Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate
Character Certificate
SC/ST/PWD/CW/KM Certificate ( If its applicable)
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate issued by competent authority
Transfer Certificate
Migration Certificate
At least two passport size self-attested photographs
