Dear, to get admission in any of the NITs- the minimum required percentile score is 98+%ile
However, the final cutoff percentile will be released later- after the April exam and so you will have to wait for now.
Once the cutoff percentile is released- accordingly you'll get the idea for admission cutoffs in different NITs. As per your score- you have chances for admission in any of the top NITs. Well, hope for the Bestt.!

Well, according to our website for candidates to qualify for admissions for any nit's they should have at least secured 75% in class 12 exam or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 exam as conducted by your respective boards.

For SC/st category the criteria is 65% in class 12 exam.
