I got 95.1 percentile in jee can I get cse ?

Dear aspirant,
We can't really predict the situation accurately as the cutoffs keep varying every year but looking at the previous year cutoffs, it is slightly difficult for you to get CSE in top NITs if you belong to the general category. You might have a chance to get CSE in NIT Mizoram, NIT Puducherry, IIIT Kanchipuram etc especially if you have a home state quota privilege. For more details please check the rank predictor.
